Business Development Coordinator

HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded national law firm to appoint a Business Development Coordinator into its Sydney office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior marketing or business development professional looking to step into a structured, high-performing professional services environment. You’ll join a collaborative BD & Marketing team and play a key role in supporting client growth, new business initiatives, and firm-wide strategy.

About the Role

You’ll support the firm’s business development function across client engagement, proposals, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with Partners and internal teams, you’ll help drive growth, strengthen relationships, and contribute to winning new work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BD initiatives across practice groups and client teams
• Assist with proposals, tenders, capability statements and pitches
• Conduct research and analyse data to identify new opportunities
• Support social media and marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Coordinate client events, networking and profile-building activities
• Work closely with marketing to deliver integrated campaigns
• Assist with reporting, budgets and BD project coordination
